  • Led all communications and engagement strategies, overseeing design, content creation, and fundraising campaigns

  • Established new brand standards and redesigned the organization’s website in WordPress

  • Co-developed and facilitated equity-focused book studies reaching 300+ educators and community members

  • Increased social media following by 30% across platforms, achieving record-high engagement rates
